John 5 at Foufounes Électriques

I had the chance to see and photograph John 5 at Foufounes Électriques this week. I am a big fan of him and love his guitar play style. It was the first time I was seeing him alone but I already had the opportunity to shoot him while he was playing with Rob Zombie at Heavy Montreal 2018.

John 5 was supported by the great Late Night Trouble, a really nice band with amazing energy! I recommend you to check them out. Hope to see them again with better lighting.

Because lighting, as it Is often the case at Foufs, was far from great. The sad part is there were lights, a lot. But the stage is so small that the band member are often in front of the light creating almost only judge backlighting but the front is almost black.

Photos would have been far better with a better lighting, but I had to go with what I got.
