The Halo Effect at Theatre Fairmount – 25-05-2023

My favorite thing as a concert photographer is that sometimes you go to a concert to shoot one band you like. But in the end, you get out with a new excellent band on your playlist. This is what happened to me with The Halo Effect at Theatre Fairmount.

I was going there mainly for one of the openers, Unearth, which was another of my favorite band as a teenager. And in the end, I discovered that The Halo Effect is composed of ex-members of In Flames, another of my favorite band as a teenager. And I must say that they are pretty good and their music is really close to the In Flames I loved in the 2010s.

They were also supported by a nice band that I never heard of: High Command.
